Join Krewe de Zoo at BREC's Baton Rouge Zoo, where animals can adopt YOU! Be part of their krewe by purchasing a Mardi Gras-themed hang tag featuring one of our zoo animals. Hang tags are just $1 for Flamingo, $3 for Alligator, and $5 for Pygmy Hippo, and will be proudly displayed on our administration building windows. The celebration runs from January 6 through Mardi Gras Day, and on that day, watch our animals enjoy special Mardi Gras-themed treats!
