Year-Round Zoo Camps

The Baton Rouge Zoo offers Zoo Camps year-round including spring break, summer break, fall break and winter break.

Every Zoo Camp offers:

  • Guided hikes through the Zoo
  • Animal encounters
  • Keeper chats
  • ​Crafts, games, snacks

2026 Dates: April 6-10

  • Ages: 6-10
  • Time: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Cost: $145 per child ($165 per child out-of-parish)
  • Additional Information: Early drop off at 7:30 a.m. and late pick up until 5:30, with no additional fee

(Spring and Summer Camp Registration open for East Baton Rouge Residents Only on 2/28; open for all other parishes on 3/7)
