Thomson's Gazelle

When threatened the Thomson's gazelle has a distinct stiff legged bounce called pronking, which may be an alarm, an intimidation to predators, or allow the gazelle to see the situation better.

During much of the year the Thomson's gazelle gets all its moisture from the grasses it eats.
