BREC's Baton Rouge Zoo will host its annual Members Night on Friday, September 27 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., with grounds closing at 8 p.m. The members-only event will give Friends of the Baton Rouge Zoo members an exclusive opportunity to see what the Zoo is like after it is closed to the public, as well as access to a variety of special activities.
Planned activities and attractions include keeper chats throughout the Zoo; special animal enrichments; the Imagination Playground, generously provided by the Knock Knock Children's Museum and the Junior League of Baton Rouge; bubble factory; face painting and Safari Photo Booth. Also available during the event is regular access to Zoo favorites such as the Coca-Cola Express, Flamingo Café and Safari Post.
Pre-registration is not required. To enter, guests will be required to present a valid membership card and photo ID.
